Beauty Experience Academy is the educational centre where beauticians, who have chosen to be Epil Experience's partners, can attend academic and practical classes to improve their know-how.
The Academy is an innovative educational centre, created around our clients and organised around structured protocols of excellence and includes technological systems that are able to support beauticians' training process.
Training Manager Giulia Barbetti has been organising both theory training delivered by a team of teachers and practical training, delivered by technician specialised on diodo laser.
Appropriate professional training is extremely important for beauticians who want to fulfill laser sessions in an independent and qualified way.
The training process is extremely delicate. Since we are well aware that just one day, in many cases, is not sufficient, we decided to also send a technician afterwards, to be at the disposal of the beauticians. So the laser, the subject of the business relationship, is delivered by a beauty professional who will work alongside beauticians for an entire day, allowing any doubts to be cleared once and for all. Moreover, there is a free phone number (Italy only) and a call centre they can call every time they need advice. The call is forwarded to a technician so that the client is always supported.
